I know exactly how it feels to yearn for more but not know where to start or even if real change is possible.
The Start of My Journey:
At 18, after two suicide attempts, I travelled to India seeking a reason to live. For four years, I immersed myself in personal development. I spent two of those years studying under a spiritual teacher, learning Patanjali Yoga, the ancient 8-limbed yoga system that would become the foundation of my spiritual journey. I was having profound spiritual experiences. I desperately needed a spiritual teacher to understand them.
But my journey didn't end there. Life brought me to my knees again and again, and each time I learned to access deeper levels of spirituality. Bereavement, divorce, the loss of my home, financial devastation. I struggled with crippling anxiety, depression, the weight of feeling lost and the relentless weight of fear. I kept thinking each rock bottom would be the last. It never was. In 2012, when my mother passed, everything cracked open. That grief became the doorway to my deepest spiritual awakening.
Spiritual Sovereignty for Me:
Around that time, I was initiated by my spiritual master in India for a kundalini awakening that started to transform my consciousness. I continued my learning and growth from various teachers and this learning still continues. In 2015, I felt guided and ready to be the spiritual teacher I was meant to be.
I began teaching and created my own systems: Multidimensional Energy HealingTM, where I integrated multiple methods (Access Body Consciousness, Ho'oponopono, divine statements, inner child healing and more) into one unique method.
Another system I created was the Soul Plan Numerology SystemTM (offering 50+ pages of insight into soul karma, talents and goals). Traditional methods give you a one-hour reading and a 1-page plan, not 50 pages that lead to huge discovery of your soul's purpose and destiny. These weren't theoretical. They were born from my own spiritual awakening and spiritual expansion.
Why I Created Awakening The Soul
I created Awakening The Soul because my life didn't transform in one session. It took years. Multiple teachers. Countless moments of practice. I even spent three years building the confidence to speak publicly. That's why this programme offers multiple sessions over 8 weeks.
Real transformation needs time, sustained support and an environment where change can actually last. The universe guided me to create this programme in a way that supports people through every layer, not just one breakthrough moment, but sustained evolution.
